REFUND POLICY
If you're unhappy with your order please contact us immediately so that we can discuss a solution that we are both happy with.
If there is an error that is our fault, please let us know and we will fix the issue and get you a new order ASAP.
Claims for missing items or items damaged must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement will be sent.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Personalized Stationery orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
